We hired them to solve a problem with mice in the kitchen. We told them the mice were coming into the kitchen and were hiding in the walls, but the exterminator proceeded to look everywhere else. He said they were coming from the outside and placed traps everywhere, and that when it gets warmer the mice will leave (this was in spring still). Fast foward 2 weeks and no mouse are caught. We called and he came back set a few cheaps traps again then left. Called a third time and he came for basicall
Ron was great. He came out assessed the problems, and dealt with them in the best, most cost efficient manner. Even when I suggested possibly needing monthly maintenance, he was upfront and honest, letting me know I didn't need to incur expense, and told me how best to handle it myself. Costs were reasonable and would definitely recomend!
They did a great job. Prompt, professional and friendly. We had a bee problem and they identified the problem and came up with the solution soon after they arrived. Would 100% recommend them and use them again.
