We’ve used OTF for years now both for seasonal mosquito control and ongoing pest management. They’re communicative, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, which seems like a bonus. Our most recent tech was Jonah who (per usual and like the rest of the team) did a great job.

While the technician was very nice. Everything seems late. “I will be there in 10-15min.” Was over 30 minutes. “I will get you the quote and invoice tonight.” ,this was Monday. Received the invoice the next day. Still have not received the quote even after calling.

If I could give a zero I would. First, this week they were in/out in less than 10 min per a neighbor. Secondly, service stated they did were NOT done....bees nest and cob webs still present along eves and soffits. Thirdly, they charged my card WITHOUT my aithorization and at their own admission today, was a systems glitch. I have a separate account for household bills such as this and their unauthorized charge caused 3 over draft fees in this account which is not used often. They are refusing to cover the bank fees they caused or to send that payment to me. The BBB is my next call.

Great experience thus far

The technician arrived promptly and I was appreciative. He measured the number of feet necessary for the holiday lights I wanted installed. The same lights that the company would have installed I already had, plus I had an additional five feet; and I had the hooks. The labor charge that was quoted was nine hundred dollars and sixty something and change. Unsatisfactory!!!! Unbelievable!!! They talked themselves right out of a job that would have been the envy of the community. I have had the lights around my house for over a decade. People stop to take pictures. After a decade, the lights need to be replaced. I am so disappointed. However, the lights will be installed for seventy percent less than the price I was quoted.

Tim was very in formed and educated on his enemy and filled a few holes and bates etc. However, he neglected to see a gapping hole inside where my cable wire was run through the drywall. I called Xfinity and they charge me $100 to have a technician come out tomorrow.

If I could leave a zero I would. Came out promising they’d take care of a yellow jacket problem in our attic. Guy came out and sprayed outside the house and used a fogger for the attic. Never went into the attic, never looked to see where they actually were. In the end it did nothing and the problems continued on as if he did nothing. Thankfully getting another local company who has no problems getting up into the attic and taking care of the problem. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys.
