Home Paramount Pest Control

An effort was made to stop yellow jackets from entering the house, specifically the kitchen area. This was a follow to a previous visit by the technician.

The person who came was very pleasant and professional. He took care of everything inside and outside.

Home Paramount is the best! The local branch that services me exhibits excellent customer service. And my regular technician, Khaliq, is so personable, friendly and efficient! You truly can't go wrong with them.

The technician was awesome and did an excellent job. However, my issue is the ongoing lack of communication from Home Paramount regarding my scheduled service. I never seem to get notified either via text or email and I had to call to see when my technician was coming out this month. This needs to be improved. All other companies communicate very clearly about scheduled appointments.

After just spraying today by our front porch, we are being invaded by mosquitoes !!! HELP !!!

Usually a good company, but my last experience with them was crummy, hence the 2-stars. We were scheduled for 5-7pm on 7/24, but the technician showed up around 2:40pm and started his exterior work. He eventually starts repeatedly knocking on the door to try to get my wife's attention, meanwhile she's on the phone with a client working from home and occupied. She and I were of the understanding that we were scheduled for 5pm. She eventually does make her way to the door, irate at this point, and asks what he's doing here so early. He responds by saying the appointment is definitely scheduled for 3pm (mind you, he showed up 2:40pm). I end up calling Paramount and the scheduler tells me it's 3pm and condescendingly suggests I probably got it wrong. The scheduler also said that they had within their notes that "Tammy" had spoken with the resident on such and such date about this appointment, which was utter BS - I found out about my appointment via text message and voicemail since I'd missed the call. A second scheduler suggested the same thing. We told the technician to leave and return during his scheduled time, but instead we were told that we'll have to reschedule to the following week. When he showed up the following week, he came with the impression that he was there for a specific task (ant problem) and not the quarterly inspection. The attached photo shows the message I received....5pm-7pm. People (and companies) make mistakes and in this case Paramount was at fault, clearly. Too bad these knuckleheads won't acknowledge this and rectify the situation. What made me most annoyed was the condescension by the callers, suggesting that I must have gotten it wrong. They need to coach their schedulers on, 1) speaking with a bit more cordiality, and 2) how to read the small hand on a clock.

Hanover office always goes above and beyond to help us with out pest control, whatever it is! Can’t do without them!

Excellent service for the four years we’ve been using them. They will come out if you have any problems with pests in between the regular service provided. Our tech is also the best!

I was having ant issues after an initial spring treatment, and I called HP and they sent someone out immediately to treat again. Scott was the technician that was sent and he was extremely professional and explained everything to me which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend HP and Scott! Thanks again so much.

I called in for an ant problem and the same day technicians came out and took care of it. I haven’t seen any since! Thank you so much for being quick and knowledgeable, looking forward to working with Home Paramount the remainder of the year.

Love Home Paramount, we had problems with carpenter ants when moved into our house. They did a home inspection and treated for them. Now we are ant free, Hell yea!!!!

Living in the woods, there's no way to avoid mice, spiders and ants from getting into our home. I called Home paramount of hanover Pennsylvania and they fixed us right up. Haven't seen a single mouse since they serviced us. I highly recommend them!
