I had a great experience with Tall Timber Wildlife Services. Rick was very friendly and straightforward—he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He really helped put my mind at ease about a bat situation on my porch and worked with my schedule and payment options, which I really appreciated. I called him about 2 weeks ago, panicked after finding multiple yellow-jackets in our bedroom, mid-day on the first NFL Sunday of the year. He called me back 20 mins later and set up a time to come out the next day to spray. He spoke with my mother as I was working, she was extremely happy with Rick's professionalism and knowledge. He's extremely affordable and effective! I was a rough 36 hours after he sprayed because the yellow-jackets were MAD and did still find a way inside but after those 36 hours, even now, about 2 weeks later there are none. Not even flying around the window they formed a nest in. I would highly recommend him!

We called about our flying squirrel problem and Rick was here in a day. He surveyed the outside of our home and informed us that he believed he knew where they were getting in. He came back and worked outside in bad weather to place a trap that prevents the little creatures from gaining access back in the home once they went out for water and food. It took a few days and Rick had to return to adjust the trap. Flying squirrels are intelligent, but in the end, Rick won out and we are now free of the flying squirrels. Rick has superb work ethics, he is polite, dedicated to the job, and knowledgeable of his work. Check out the website to view the numerous certifications. I had a serious yellow jacket situation and called Rick from Tall Timber Wildlife Services LLC, who promptly responds to calls and scheduled me right away on the weekend. Rick has a service that is professional, helpful, friendly and affordable. *Highly Recommended*

We knew we had a hornet issue. We just didn't know how bad of a hornet issue. For a few days we had noticed them flying under the siding on the one side of our house. I tried a few cans of over-the-counter spray, but these suckers just flipped me off and kept going about their business. Apparently these are European Hornets. Rare for around here, so of course WE would get them! lol. They are freaking enormous! So we called in a professional. Rick from Tall Timber Wildlife Services LLC was the brave sole who showed up and discovered the nightmare situation. He sprayed from the outside first, but wasn't confident that it was going to help. So, we went inside and to the attic entrance and we could see it from about 30 feet away. A huge nest in the eaves. The nest is the size of a large watermelon I would say. Rick suited up and went in. Dusted them up good. Said there's going to be hundreds of dead ones in the attic when it's all said and done, but it might take a few days. We haven't seen any flying in and out from the outside since! I'm hoping I can go in there and get the whole nest out in one piece. Curious to see the whole thing. But that's not happening until at least next week. While we were wrapping up and talking in the driveway, Rick saw a small hornets next above the garage. Without any extra charge, he wiped them out for us too! I would highly recommend Tall Timber for anything wildlife related.

Fantastic service! I contacted Rick after waking in the middle of the night to two bags flying around my bedroom. He came out the next day to inspect the place and gave me good information about bat behavior and what to look for. He also encouraged me to call anytime of day should the bats return, which happened to be a little over a week later. He came in the middle of the night and removed the bat. He is still to complete a bat eviction and sealing of entry points, but he has been such a lifesaver thus far that I needed to share. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Rick!

Rick was professional & knowledgeable. He actually FIXED the shoddy and potentially DAMAGING "work" (removed spray foam that was unsightly and was lifting brand new shingles and removed spray foam on a brand new ridge vent) of another "animal expert" from the area without charging extra for those services. Side note: I had to file a formal complaint on this other person, but that is another story. If ANYONE wants to start using spray foam on your home as the only means to "fix" your issue... RUN the other way! PLEASE ASK what their method of remediation is first. I am speaking from first hand experience. I have pictures to back up all that I am saying. Rick then proceeded to communicate with me regularly about his findings & plan, shared with me a DETAILED line-item bid, and came out to complete the work in various steps, rechecking at different times in order to ensure that the bats were indeed out. He started his process last September and JUST checked back yesterday. I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism & effectiveness. SIDE NOT: TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU... certain "5 star rated businesses" in the same field are absolutely not 5 star & likely have false ratings. I can attest to that. Rick at Tall Timber is a stand up guy and is deserving of this rating.
