Called Marc for a potential pest issue, he stopped by same day, didn’t try to over sell me and put me at ease. This is why I prefer to use local!

We hired Marc from Hilltop Pest Control for extermination at 2 spots around the house. He was able to give me a quote on the phone right away. When he came to the house, we noticed that the nests were far more extensive than what we thought. Despite the extra work, Marc honored his original quote without any hesitation or attempt to upcharge. He did a fantastic job, and his service didn't end there. He called me the next morning to check in, and when I told him I saw a few stragglers, he returned promptly for round 2. He is incredibly professional, honest, and truly cares about his work. This is the gold standard for customer service. 100% satisfied and cannot recommend him enough!

We had a mid-winter Carpenter Ant problem hidden in our bathroom floor. We wanted to go with someone local with hopes of honesty and quick response, and we got that and more with Mark at Hilltop. The problem was bigger than we realized (and also hidden somewhere in our walls/floor) and Mark stuck true to his 3 month guarantee making sure to come out and retreat as necessary to get the situation taken care of for us. I had a bee issue at my house and contacted several pest control companies. Marc was the first one to return my call. He asked questions about my situation and told me he had an opening that afternoon. He came out and treated the area I was having issues with. Unfortunately, the first treatment did not solve the problem. I called Marc again, and he returned my call and came out again. Marc did an awesome job!

Marc, the owner of Hilltop Pest Control is an honest and dependable professional. His prices are very reasonable. He is always pleasant, returns calls promptly, and is punctual for appointments. I have trusted his service for over 20 years in treating my yard and porches to eliminate carpenter ants. They show-up almost every Spring, especially when there's alot of rain.
