For some reason they had to come out 3 times for a quote on the same work. I received a quote for several things to be done. Ironically, a storm decided to take down a tree for us and we did the clean up. They came out again, it was less work and this was quote was double! I asked for an explanation and the receptionist basically blew me off. I explained my tree that was to be thinned didn’t change and grow 50 feet within a month. I asked for a return call from someone who could actually explain
I love when businesses actually leave me pleased with their service, enough so that I would definitely use them again. I was impressed from the interaction at the estimate (fair) given by Joe himself, to then his crew and their attention to detail. Properly angled branch cuts and everything. It matters!
