Professionalism goes further than just your services, it's everything the company does effecting the public. Yesterday, one of staff was using a company vehicle and texting while driving in Whitehall. Stopping past stop lines and blocking traffic, phone in his hand the whole time. Don't trust anyone with your house's safety who would break laws of safety for their entertainment.

I'm upset that they have been out 4 times for ants and it's not working... they just treat small areas and they appear elsewhere. I was told twice a manager would call me back and yet nothing... I am on a contract but with each passing week my money is going down the drain...

Signed a one year contract with Western last May. Explained that we had a squirrel problem in the attic. They came out set a trap, checked it a couple of times then set a trap on the outside of the house to no avail. They patched up where the squirrel had chewed in. This winter the squirrel came back, chewed a new hole and got into the attic. I called Western they sent a tech out. He set a trap in the attack. He came back the next day to check found nothing. Said someone would be by Thursday to check and close up the trap for Easter weekend. Well nobody came. Thirteen days later the trap is still in the attic. Meanwhile I had a wildlife retrieval company come out and the first day they set a trap they caught one. He also said there was at least three babies there also but could not catch them; but said he would continue to set the traps until he did. Needless to say I have cancelled my contract with Western and will find a new company. Advice: If you have squirrels etc call a wildlife removal service not a pest control company.

Rude customer service over the phone. Was hung up on and was not helped.
