They also make sure the customer is happy with the service they supply. Jack who has been servicing my lawn this season is also very professional.

We tried to start a lawn for years in our backyard. Landscapers told us it wasn't possible with the number of trees. Delaware Valley Turf made it happen and have maintained our property since.

I love the service that I receive from Henderson. My yard has Never looked better! Today I received the mosquito and tick spray which I have used for several years now! I do not remember having a mosquito bite!! And my dog has not had a tick on him. Thank you for your service!

We used this lawn care company last year because our yard had a lot of weeds. Before starting, I clearly communicated what I was looking for, and we agreed on a lawn treatment plan along with fall aeration and seeding. After the first application, weeds were gone, which was good. However, after the fall aeration and seeding, I was told I would see new grass growth within 4–6 weeks. When that didn’t happen, they said I’d see results in the spring instead. Now that it’s spring, I’m still seeing a lot of patchy areas and not much improvement from the seeding still seeing many patches. When I contacted them they mentioned "The lawn overall is better than last year and you had quote from different company way higher (The higher quote was totally different service which they do not want to see)". Why the higher quote matters? They quoted me and I paid for the service so i should be expecting the service. The patch issues haven’t really been addressed. Just something to be aware of if you’re considering using this company. DATE: 06/03/2026 NOTE: this is my replay to the company on their reply. Your response does not address my primary concern. Instead, it appears that the company is shifting responsibility to the customer rather than acknowledging the lack of results from the services provided. I have attached previous email communications from your company. In those emails, your representative clearly stated that the seeding would work and that I should expect to see results in the spring. Unfortunately, those results have not materialized. If grading and soil conditions were truly the main issues, then I question why the treatment was recommended and performed in the first place. I do not recall being informed that grading and soil conditions were the primary reasons my lawn would not respond to the treatment. Had that been clearly communicated, I would have expected those issues to be addressed before any seeding or treatment was performed. Regarding your statement about someone reaching out to discuss the matter, I called your office multiple times before posting my review. If you believe a direct conversation is necessary, you already have my phone number and are welcome to contact me. Calling the office has not been helpful because I continue to be directed to the same person without any resolution. Can you please point out where, in the attached communications, your company recommended the grading or soil corrections that you are now claiming were necessary? The email from your representative clearly states that I would see results in the spring, which has not happened.

Technician Nate from Delaware Valley Turf provided excellent service — professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job taking care of our lawn needs.

Technician only spent about 5 minutes spraying. Sprayed only one side of bushes & trees. Nothing was applied to lawn.

We've seen a great improvement in our lawn over the last 2 years of service with Delaware Valley Turf. Great communication via text a few days before treatment. And they will not service lawn if upcoming rain that would wash away fertilizer. Had the privilege of meeting tech, Dallas, today during our service. Very friendly and considerate of our property!
