Bola was a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He was okay with me following him around and asking questions. He also answered every question and offered solutions for my pest issues. He will be coming back soon to treat my home. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone with pest issues. Follow up to the first post. Bola and his crew came out to treat my property. They did an excellent job. They treated all areas and cleaned everything up when they were done. They even went beyond and cleaned some areas that weren't part of their scope of work. I definitely recommend Rehoboth and Bola specifically.

We are sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience with us after resolving your mice infestation. We followed up regarding payments that had been outstanding for three months of services provided. Which is still overdue on your customer portal. We were surprised to receive this review without given the opportunity to address any concerns. You further received preventative services after resolving your mice problem and refused to pay contrary to the contract you signed. We are always open to discussing matters and working towards a better resolution. It’s only normal for us to follow up on past due payments sorry again if that offended you.

In the service industry, punctuality and communication are everything, and this technician excels at both. He was always punctual for appointments and provided regular, clear updates about his arrival time and the work being done. What truly set him apart was his commitment to going above and beyond. I originally only paid for a termite treatment, but he noticed an ant issue and proactively threw in two free ant treatments as a value add. His reassurance of his organic products for indoors made me feel a lot safer staying in the house with my new born and even brought shoe covers which I greatly appreciate. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by this company. I purchased a three-month package, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. To begin with, the initial setup fee was $249, which I found excessive given the quality of service received. What’s more concerning is that the company charged an additional $249 just to cancel the service, on top of a recurring monthly fee of $99. I do not feel that the value offered justifies these costs, and I believe potential customers should be aware of these charges before committing. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring other providers that offer more transparent pricing and better customer support.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received over the past four months. Despite multiple treatments, the mosquito issue in my backyard remains completely unresolved. I was unable to use my yard or properly install my shed due to constant mosquito bites, which defeats the purpose of hiring your company in the first place. Two months ago, I requested to cancel the service because nothing had improved. Your team assured me the issue would be fixed, so I agreed to give it one last chance. Unfortunately, even after two additional treatments within two weeks, there was no noticeable change. I contacted your representative immediately after the last treatment, expressing my dissatisfaction and reiterating my cancellation request. Although the service was eventually cancelled, I was still charged $99 and $249—fees I find completely unjustified given the lack of results. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel misled and taken advantage of. I request a full refund of the $348 charged post-cancellation and expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

From our understanding, this began after another company offered a lower-cost service, which you mentioned to your technician. While we were open to discussing adjustments, your technician explained that we could not match that price given the broader range of services we were providing you based on your needs. Unfortunately, we were never able to have that conversation with you directly, as calls from our office went unanswered. When we finally heard from you via email, we asked how we could better assist, but at that point you had already decided to cancel. Regarding service concerns, you reported ants and mosquitoes approximately two months ago. When your technician visited, he inspected the areas you pointed out. Upon closer review of the ant hill, no active trails or nests were found, and you agreed at the time that the issue seemed resolved. Similarly, no mosquito activity was observed during the inspection. Nevertheless, we completed treatment at no additional cost that month and came out one more time to treat that same month prioritizing your satisfaction. We always strive to support customers experiencing genuine hardships such as job loss or financial difficulty and are flexible when those situations are shared. In this case, however, the cancellation fee was applied because your request came before the end of the 12-month agreement you signed. The terms, including the cancellation conditions, were clearly outlined in your agreement. It was a pleasure serving your family during the time we had, and we are truly sorry we were not given the opportunity to do more to address your concerns. We appreciate your patronage and wish you all the best moving forward.

Overall they did take care of our pest issues but I was a little dissapointed they didn't bother to at least attempt to clean up inside the house where they were working.
