Stop outsourcing billing to other countries. Can’t seem to send correct contract. I’m so over this company, but my spouse is working with someone in the field that’s trying to make it right. Charged 2 weeks ago for quarterly bill, then billed today for same service. I will never, ever have another service like this in the future. It’s all about profits and screw the customer. Horrible. Hello My name is Edith Burnett. I would like to express the overwhelming feeling of satisfaction that I have now after Mr.Bola has treated my home.I have never experienced anyone to be so detailed along with explaining what he was using why and what to look for. I am a senior widow and the nice and roaches were overwhelming no matter what was done seems they couldn't be stopped.. Ben spent at least 10 minutes talking to my wife and me concerning the service he just applied to our premises. He was cordial and efficient. I love that he took a picture of himself at our front door as part of a text message that service was completed. He even brought our empty garbage can from the street to the front of our garage door. That is service! Now that we have established a relationship with Ben, and as a means of consistency, I request that Ben continue to service our property

3/11/26 I have to update my review complimenting my latest service tech Adam. He is great. Keeps me informed of his arrival and what he is doing in my service appointment.
