My daughter came home from vacation and unfortunately, she brought back bedbugs. Those little blood suckers freak me out. I called Smith family pest control. Trevor came out promptly and preformed an inspection. He came back again to service the bedbugs, and after two treatments I had no issues. He did an excellent job. I also recommended them to my mother-in-law who had a yellowjacket nest in her attic. They were able to eliminate the yellowjackets and remove the nest. We are both very satisfied with their service.

We had a wasp problem in our walls. They got behind an exterior light and were living in the space between the walls there. You could see the pattern of their hive bleeding through our drywall. Not great. Other places we called would spray around the entrance but wouldn't do much else. They said it would take weeks of visits. Not really acceptable. Then we found Smith Family Pest Control somehow. Actual pictures on their site about dealing with wasps in walls. We were excited! We called them and Trevor came out that day to inspect the hive in the walls behind the light. (an initial consult basically) We talked, he answered any questions, and was generally super polite and knowledgeable. After talking to us he watched the wasps come and go for a few minutes so he could understand all the entrances and how to best get rid of them. Said he would be back the next day to take care of it. He's a pro. He came back the next day in a bee suit, took off the fixture, and blasted the nest with like three different things. Sealed it up and dusted. It's been weeks and we haven't seen a single wasp. We had wasp nest in the walls by our front door and they completely eradicated the problem in under 48 hours. Price was super fair too. Trevor is a straight up G. He's invited to Thanksgiving.

He answered any question which I had. Trevor treated the outside of our home for ants and we haven't seen one since the treatment. We will be calling Smith Family for all our pest control needs. Very Pleased! Highly Recommend! We had a BAD infestation of wasps/hornets inside of a large plastic deck box full of cushions. They built a hotel in there. We tried self-help (spray cans, foggers, etc..) and got stung twice, very lucky we did not get worse. Smith Family Pest Control was responsive, prompt, pleasant, professional, affordable, and took care of this! Wish we had called them much sooner!
