The elderly woman in customer service is rude. I've had Lawn Doctor for several years, but the last experience having to call was the final straw. The service is supposed to be guaranteed so when broadleaf control was applied just prior to a huge rain, which was forecasted, I called. The rude customer service woman kept arguing that it was only spot treatment. I pointed out that I'm paying for it. She refused to acknowledge the putting down treatment 10 minutes before a heavy rain is not acceptable. I canceled and in doing so they closed my account immediately, so I couldn't make the online payment. I called and left a voicemail asking for the mailing address, with no response, so I sent an email and I did get a response.This is aggravation that none of us need and it's unacceptable. I guess they have so many accounts they don't care if they lose one.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your concerns. We do return to reapply weed controls anytime a customer requests it. However, we do have to wait 10 to 14 days, to make sure we do not over apply. I am not sure if that was our representatives intention. We also never want to service someone who requested no further service, so you account was cancelled upon your reqyest. The customer access portal is for active customers only. We take your comments seriously and have reviewed your comments with all of our staff in order to improve our service .

I have used Lawn Doctor of Doylestown for several years now, and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. With their regular service, my lawn has never looked better: thick as a lush carpet, and bright emerald green, without a bald spot anywhere. And whenever I’ve had a problem or question, I have always gotten a quick and cheerful response. I get tons of compliments on how nice my yard looks, and always mention my local Lawn Doctor! Spring 2024 update: my lawn made it safely through the Winter, thanks to the expert treatments my Lawn Doctor made last Fall. Still beautiful! 2025 update: at the end of November my friends at Lawn Doctor fed my lawn some granular fertilizer for root development and winter hardiness, plus a bit of broadleaf weed control. My lawn is ready for the Winter!

At first, they were very good with emails. Recently, not so much. Waited 2 weeks for a response and ended up just calling the office. Felt hesitant to use them for a second year, but I want to give them another shot. Price rose a bit in the 2nd year, but I will decide after this upcoming season whether I will use them for a 3rd. First year's lawn performance was decent. Lawn improved somewhat, especially with the weeds, which did end up coming back a bit throughout the season. Hoping for better results in year 2. I'll give an update next season~

I have used Lawn Doctor of Doylestown for over 25 years. They have performed annual contracted fertilizer services for all of those years. They have also performed aeration. They have been the owners of this franchise office throughout our lawn service history and have continued with the same commitment as they involve other family members in our lawn service.
