This is the second time we've used Gilberts Pest Control. 1st time was in 1985 we called him for termites. He did a fantastic job then. One treatment and termites were gone. This time we have a very large yellow jacket nest in the attic. They have almost eaten completely through the drywall ceiling in an upstairs bedroom. Shane sprayed the entrance and surrounding gutters, soffit and fascia. He did an excellent job explaining what the yellow jackets were doing and what we should expect after the treatment. Excellent and prompt service. We called this morning and they sent someone to our house the same day to get rid of the yellow jacket infestation we had. Thank you so much for your help! He went above and beyond for us. The chewing sounds in our walls have stopped. My nerves are at ease now.

We have used Gilbert’s numerous times over the years and they continue to impress us with their timeliness and customer service. They are always able to squeeze us in quickly, and each time they have done the smallest things that really stand out. Last year they weren’t able to treat our ground bees on our scheduled day/time due to a torrential downpour. We were told we would have to call in the next day to reschedule, but before we were even out the door for work the next morning the technician showed up and treated them. Today they were here to take care of a very large hornets nest in our back yard, and when we came home from work our trash bins (which were likely thrown around the side walk from it being trash pickup day) had been neatly placed by our driveway. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We had a yellow jacket problem in our attic which was spreading into our bedroom. I called over the weekend and Ryan was able to come out on Monday. The problem was larger than expected and we had to call again. They came out with no hesitation. Everyone spoken to was respectful. Hopefully we don’t have a pest problem in the future but if we do, we will be using Gilbert’s again.

Reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive - I highly recommend! Shane was especially informative and friendly. This is the second time I've used their services (ground bees), and they're terrific.

I can’t say enough about the kind service that I have received over the last year from Derrick at Gilbert’s pest control. I love the way he takes the time to converse with the customer and share his knowledge. He won’t spray where he shouldn’t (such as near my butterfly bush). He even goes above and beyond the regular scheduled service if needed (such as getting rid of the ants & underground yellowjacket nest!) Customer service and safety should be a top priority for business and Gilbert's does a great job at both! Thank you. :)

Gilberts was amazing, they came right out knowing I am allergic to bees, wasps you know the usual suspects and took care the huge bold face hornets nest that was low in shrubs near my driveway. They took care of and came back for follow-ups to make sure they were gone.

Extremely fast service. Had a large hornets nest attached to our gutter and they removed it quickly. Very easy to work with- used the website and conducted business via email. Highly recommend Gilbert.

I found Gilbert's while doing online searches for local pest control companies. Everyone else I called kept giving me the fees they would charge, instead of offering to come and tell me what was the issue. The lady who answered the phone at Gilbert's was a pleasant change. She sent Ryan for the appointment. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Ryan found the problem, but unfortunately they don't deal with that issue, so he referred me to another local company. Even though Gilbert's Professional Pest Control could not solve the problem, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
