I recommended them to my mothers assisted living facility (Elder Homestead). I got them business as they came to treat her apartment. And after they finished treating my mom's unit, they made an absolute baseless false narrative & blind guess/prediction to the director there that the problem was just isolated in her unit ONLY and not in any other area's of the building . Oh really? and how do you know that for an absolute fact?? based on what?? ANYONE could have brought them in! So now Elder Homestead, the ones I gave a kind recommendation to, is blaming me based solely on the fact that I USED to have them, but no longer do as the source of the problem. And now they're trying to restrict me from visiting her at all. All because the technician, tried narrowing it down to ME as the one that brought them into her apartment. NOT COOL, VERY UNPROFFESIONAL and A BASELESS, UNFOUNDED STATEMENT.

Bed Bug Guys are the most helpful people I’ve talked to. He took my call after business hours. He took his time to ask me about my situation before scheduling an inspection, and actually was able to tell me that my bite pattern doesn’t sound like bedbugs and I should inspect and treat for fleas instead. I don’t have words to say how much I appreciate this! It will likely save me many thousands of dollars and time and stress! And now I’ll be able to actually solve my bug problem. He does his job to help people! I feel so lucky to have called Bed Bug Guys before I wasted my money and time.

I called on a weekend and they got right back to me. They were very responsive, even on a weekend. They took time to talk things over with me, were understanding, gave great advice, were honest, candid, and extremely helpful.

We chatted for a few minutes and ran through a lot of scenarios of what we could be dealing with. If you need honest and professional services, use these guys.

I contact them with issue with paper wasp outside my house they told me they will come tomorrow around 12 but they never showed up or bother to call me I wait for them to come cause I’m worry for my one year baby I just called another company for sure never calling them again!

Bed bugs are a horrible experience as everyone knows. I''m just now healing up from the numerous bites which is a relief. Naturally, we had a lot of questions about the thermal remediation process. Jeff was very available for any and all of the questions and concerns we had. We were apprehensive to hire a big pest control company so knowing that the owner/primary stake holder in the business was on site and in charge was a great comfort. We also read some horror stories about companies coming in and being careless with people's possessions during the remediation process. When we came home it was undoubtedly a mess but there was no sign of carelessness. To top it off, he offers a four month warranty to ensure the effectiveness of his work. For fast (it took him from 10 am-6pm) and chemical free treatment, I highly recommend Jeff and his one man crew.

I called and sent a picture of the bugs by text and Jeff came out the same day and gave us a quote. Two days later he was here to do the job. They even have financing help. Very nice and respectful to us.

I called Friday morning & had my services started by noon. Although I was unhappy & upset with my situation Jeff reassured me that things would be fine & they are. I'm very happy with the outcome!

The Bed Bug Guys are the best! After moving into a new home, we discovered we had a horrible infestation from the prior tenants. Our landlord was not cooperative but luckily we called the Bed Bug Guys and Jeff and his team took care of the problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. He also took the time to inform us about our rights as tenants, which was very appreciated. It's been about a month and we've been bed bug free! 5/5 would highly recommend!
