UPDATES 😁😁 Once I got a hold of them (after an initial inspection had been done) they came the next day. Very important now that I am renting the place out. UPDATE: The excellence continues! We got a new guy, Greg, for the first time and he serviced inside our house first. He did put covers over his shoes, but the water and mud still came through and left a path of where he stepped in my house. I have mud spots on my light taupe carpet. We took pictures and sent them to him. No response. We called the number listed for the Terminix that served the Irwin area. You can’t even talk to a supervisor. We first started using Terminix about 18 months ago. In that time, they sprayed our home for insects a total of 5 times (I do not consider this a regular service), and set up numerous appointments which no one showed up for. The treatment is poor; very few areas are sprayed, and it's inadequate for large issues. They sprayed our home one time this year, so I decided to cancel our contract early July.
