We got a new guy, Greg, for the first time and he serviced inside our house first. He did put covers over his shoes, but the water and mud still came through and left a path of where he stepped in my house. I have mud spots on my light taupe carpet. UPDATES 😁😁 Once I got a hold of them (after an initial inspection had been done) they came the next day. Very important now that I am renting the place out. UPDATE: The excellence continues!
