He did put covers over his shoes, but the water and mud still came through and left a path of where he stepped in my house. I have mud spots on my light taupe carpet. UPDATES 😁😁 Once I got a hold of them (after an initial inspection had been done) they came the next day. Very important now that I am renting the place out. UPDATE: The excellence continues! For example, Brian Dunio was in touch before during and after the appointment today. He answered all my questions and made appropriate recommendations. SECOND UPDATE: Brian and Austin were at the cottage today to expand my coverage to include field mouse prevention. In addition to the bait units they seale
