Pro-Pest is the only company for ant, rodent, spider and other creepy crawler issues. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would recommend this business every time. 10/10

They were quick to come out when we called and in providing an estimate for the work. The work seemed to be fine. Unfortunately, the project took 20 business days to complete (estimate was 3-4 days). As other reviewers have said, communication was poor. Now, workers were friendly and communicative while here; they would explain what they were doing at the time. However, we never knew what their schedule was until they showed up. They would not show up at all on some days but not tell us that would happen. They’d say they were going to lunch, and then not return. At one point, they said they would have one of their guys come out the next day to lay some traps. He came out 3 business days later; we were not told the work would be delayed. We always felt we were in the dark.

As always Thomas is professional, courteous and ready to assist with any concerns we may have. Recently our friendly squirrel has been attempting to access the attic via the facia board on the front of the house. His solution appears very effective. While he was here yesterday, we asked him to check out hornets in a back yard bush. He did and gave us simple instructions to monitor where the hornets might be coming from since he did not find their nest in our yard. Thomas is great!

Propest has helped us keep rodents at bay for many years, since the company first opened. Greg, the owner, was always super helpful dealing with crises from ground bees to packrat invasions. Now the company has grown, Thomas comes out regularly to implement our maintenance plan - he's knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy and efficient. Even our cattle dog enjoys his visits - he's great with dogs!

Pro-pest is wonderful! We have used them several times and they are always quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. So happy to have them here in Waldport! Greg & Sheila are wonderful!

I emailed this company twice and also left a voicemail requesting information to schedule pest control spraying. No one emailed or phoned me back. My husband emailed the company once and he did not receive a response. This company is unprofessional and unresponsive.

Got back with me so quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism that was spot on With everything that was performed. These guys are PROS 100%% it even in there business name pro pest 🪳🦟🪳 .. .

Company responded immediately to my request for an estimate. Tech was friendly and through. Gave me several options for fix and then never returned my phone calls to accept their bid. Not even a,”sorry we can’t fit you in our schedule, job is too big for us, etc….” Very disappointed, my husband had used them at his office and loved their professionalism and quick work.
