I just have to say, that Bug Zappers goes above and beyond!!! The peace of mind we have had getting rid of the swarms of ants we had and it has been over a year has been priceless. They were so bad they were in my coffee maker and found a way into my fridge. Today when Paul showed up he did his usual dusting off all the eaves and outside, but he also swept the back porch. They are well worth it!!! Peace of mind.

I couldn’t say enough good things about Bug Zapper’s technician, Gary Allin. He came out and helped me solve a mole problem that I was at my wit’s end about. He was professional and thorough. I plan on switching my regular pest control to Bug Zapper just because of Gary. It’s also worth noting the gal on the phone who scheduled me was professional and a little humorous which I appreciated!

I reached out about cockroaches in our basement and they responded pretty quickly. The technician inspected drains and cracks before starting the extermination process. He didn’t rush and answered my questions about safety. Noticeable improvement within days and activity has basically stopped.
We noticed ants along the baseboards and called for a consultation. The technician arrived within the time window and explained the treatment without rushing. He treated inside and outside areas and answered a few small questions we had. After a week, activity was gone and hasn’t returned.
Our cockroach issue got worse after some plumbing work, so we booked a service call. They didn’t rush the inspection and checked behind appliances and cabinets. The technician gave practical advice on prevention along with the extermination treatment. Noticeable difference within days.
