Mark always does such a professional job when he comes and treats our house for insects. They came out to spray for wasps.missed few nests.the biggest one is still on roof.didnt bring a tall enough ladder. Unfortunately there probably going to need to come back out. Was hoping for better results.

Months ago we stopped in at Killers because we had an ant problem. We talked to the guy there. We told him we were having the ant problem and described that they were in the back bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. We told him it seemed to be coming from the ceiling in those rooms. He told us that they would start with monthly applications and later evaluate. Months later we got a report recently from them. They had treated the bathroom ceiling only with some kind of dusting. On the 2nd phone call I talked to Tony Latour. He said there was a leak in the roof and no electricity so they couldn't fog. This is a family cabin so we are not there full time. I asked if he could go back and treat the back bedroom and kitchen. He said he could not go back at all until the leak was fixed in the bathroom. I then asked why they had not treated the ceilings before because we had told they about them coming down from the ceiling. We had someone come out about the leak also. Tony also told us were on a quarterly schedule but we were paying monthly. That was not what we were told at the beginning. We assumed they knew how to treat for ants but they have been only treating the baseboards and outside the house. They even drilled holes in the house and treated the walls. They should have treated the ceilings from the start since we had indicated that was where the problem was. I cancelled this service because Tony was rude and argumentative. They have had months to get the ants under control and they have not. Also we were told that they would be treating monthly not quarterly.

The techs are great. Good communication. The office, not so much. They do not follow instructions.

I'm not quite sure what they did. No one was home when they got here, we would like them to check under the porch and house because something must be dead beceause were over run with flies inside and out. Thanks.

This used to be an excellent company, but has gone downhill the past couple of years. This past year, rodents made nests in the Killer’s bait boxes in our basement, because no one from Killer’s put bait in them. It’s often months between service visits, no matter how bad the problems get. There has been a steady turnover in employees, so you have to show each new person where the traps are and what the problems are. One of their employees sprayed for spiders while we were in the house, which I have since learned is against the law. If the Killers worked half as hard to kill mice and spiders as they do calling you to purchase an annual renewal, they’d be great.
