John was great to work with, we had a mole in the backyard I could not wrangle on my own. He came out and set traps, came back a few days later and the mole was caught, left the traps a few more days just in case and promptly came and removed the traps and restored my yard to the best of his ability. Would use him again and again.

We have used Advanced Green Pest Solutions 3 times now and have been extremely pleased each time with their service. First time for carpenter ants. They were prompt, thorough and professional. Second time was for squirrels in our attic. John and his crew were very responsive and spent a lot of time inspecting for, identifying and repairing locations where the squirrels were getting in. Most recent call was for trapping a skunk in the yard that sprayed our dog. In each case we found their serviced to be reasonably priced and John and his team to be a pleasure to work with.

It was simple and courteous. I called and got the owner on the line after 2 rings. He was friendly and we got an appointment next day. The process was explained thoroughly and the guy he sent out for the job was very nice to our 4 year old that felt it necessary to chat about his experience with the pests. We still have plenty of time left with our 30 day guarantee, but have had no issues, so I feel comfortable giving them a positive review. I'd recommend their work for others in the Newberg area.

Professional service at a very fair price. John, the owner, is knowledgeable and helped fix our pest problems. You won't find that kind of quality in most local pest companies.

We noticed bugs in our room and called a few places on a Saturday. We decided to go with John because he told us he could do a miticide and pesticide in our room and outside the house for $185. We scheduled him to come out Monday. Fast-forward to Monday: 1. He was late, but he at least tried to keep in contact with us. 2. When he was prepping though, he told us he would just be doing the miticide inside and a pesticide outside which isn’t what we discussed on the phone. When we brought that up he said sorry if he had said that, but you can’t actually mix miticides and pesticides when they are wet. So if we wanted both on the inside then he could always come back and do the pesticide in a few days. He also said that doing miticide on the outside would be more of a $400 job. So we were charged $185 for half the services we thought we were getting when we initially booked him. At least they had a $20 coupon on their site so it came out to $165. 3. He also spilled some of the solution downstairs so we had to keep our pets locked up even longer because it has to dry completely before they can be around it obviously. 4. This is just a warning if you have more than one story. I don’t know how effective the spray job will be at the second story level. When he did the outside, he relied on the solution jetting out of the sprayer to reach the tall peaks of the house rather than using a ladder to make sure the crevices were actually hit. My husband told him we weren’t happy with the outcome. He apologized for misinforming us in our initial conversation, but that was it. We will see in the coming days if the treatments actually worked, but the mis-communication, misleading information, and lack of professionalism on their part will make us not go with this company ever again.
