Harley at Guardian Pest management did a great job on two homes I have in Corvallis. He was able to eradicate some rats that I had at one house and met with some tenants to solve another issue at another house. He was great at communicating and super responsive. Harley is great. Super knowledgeable and great customer service. Came out to treat for bees but the rain didn’t allow him to use all the treatments. He came out two days later and applied more treatments on his own accord on and his own dime. He stands behind his work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for insect control.

Showed up on time, was very understanding and communicative. Got the job done quick but very throughly. Was very respectful and helped out with payment managements in case wasn’t able to pay full price the same day. They will also tell you each step of how the process is going to work so you won’t be left out on any information.

It can be difficult to find companies that show up on the Coast. The last company I used rarely even answered the phone. Guardian is dependable and they follow through with what they commit to. I couldn't be happier with them and will continue to use them.
