Dallas did a great job. He quickly found the bat that had been hiding in my house and removed it. He was clear to me about how the bat could have gotten in and what were my options to prevent it from happening again. All in all great service.

Dallas was very thorough and diligently searched my property for unwanted pests and their means and paths to get into my house. He was patient and explained to me what he was doing and took pictures of what he found. He immediately sent me an email explaining all my options and the cost associated with each of them. They gave a reasonable quote for the thoroughness of the work needed without cutting corners. Other companies quote for a smaller scope of work to keep costs down, but Complete Animal Removal combined a top-to-bottom job approach with guarantees on the work and price discounts available with certain payment options. They were quick to begin the work after the deposit was paid. The scope of the work included: Removal of all old, shredded insulation and torn-up vapor barrier in the crawlspace. Sealing around any penetrations (vents, pipes, ducts, wires) or cracks into the house (silicone, metal, and/or cement as appropriate). Removal of all old insulation and vapor barrier. Upgraded fiberglass insulation and vapor barrier in the crawlspace. Fogging the attic and crawlspace with deodorizing enzyme to remove old animal scents. Spraying the perimeter of the yard to deter animals from coming onto the property. One of the owners, Cody Fitzgerald, even came by to see how the work was progressing, but didn’t hit a lick himself *wink*. I highly recommend Complete Animal Removal. Dan was great. He responded promptly when we first contacted him. We were seeing a skunk around our house, and he determined that it was actually a whole family of skunks and found where they were living (under our patio/sidewalk), removed them from the property, and did mitigation work to make sure no new animal tenants decided to take up residence. He was easy to communicate with, prompt, effective, and reasonably priced. Could not have been happier with his service.
