Mark and his team were very helpful in addressing a longstanding and extensive ground squirrel and mouse issue in a turn of the century home with a rock foundation. They were prompt, professional, and beneficial to eradicating as much as possible given the age of the home.

I’ve been using Gorge Central Pest Control for the past year and Mark has done an excellent job at my property. I had him do a full rodent start and pin up insulation in my crawl space after a raccoon and mice infestation. He was very diligent and professional. He honored his warranty if any rodents returned. I also have a quarterly service with him for box elder bugs and it has worked like charm. I highly recommend them.

I'm less concerned with your $125 "inspection" (although at the time I needed extermination service your website stated "free estimate" as clearly indicated in my screenshot) than I am with your quote of several thousand dollars to get rid of one mouse. To put things in perspective, my home in Kapahi, Kauai, one of the most expensive places in the US to live, Mokihana Pest Control comes every Thursday and treats my 5500 sq ft home and my entire monthly bill is $550ish. They do a comprehensive treatment for mice, spiders, cockroaches, and ants. To quote me $1800-$2200 to eradicate one mouse is ludicrous and laughable and not something I will ever forget.

***Buyer's Beware***Not super sure what is happening with this company as all previous reviews were stellar hence the reason I called them in the first place. However, I called with a simple mouse-in-the-house issue and was FLOORED with the quote they gave me. Not only insane, but if this is what they are charging other gorge residents, this is borderline criminal. Within the pricing portion of their website it states clear as day FREE ESTIMATES. Mark came out to do an initial inspection and was onsite for 31 minutes. At the end of the inspection he quoted me "18-22." Absolutely shocked, I asked him to clarify. $1800-$2200 to get rid of a tiny mouse problem. $1800-$2200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I wanted was a few traps and loaded exterior bait boxes that I already had. I had two more estimates that day and both companies quoted me under $200. When I told one of the inspectors about the previous quote he said he had just left a job that Gorge Central Pest Control had quoted an elderly woman $1700 for some spider issue and he was able to tackle it for less than $300. To add insult to injury, later that afternoon Mark texted me to see if he wanted me to come over and set the bait boxes and I declined stating I found a more reasonably priced exterminator, he then had the nerve to send me a bill for $125 for the estimate. THE WEBSITE SAYS FREE ESTIMATES. FREE AS IN NO CHARGE. None of this is debatable as my entire property is covered by 21 cameras with both audio and video. I am absolutely apalled at this behavior by a local business. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of hard working people in the gorge.

Absolutely wonderful. We had a really mad skunk. It was not easily removed because it was in a trap and then the trap was in a moving wardrobe box. Matt very patiently tried to calm it down and remove the trap. It wasn’t having it. The skunk was spraying constantly. He eventually took the whole box and took the skunk to a vet for care. It will come back to its habitat after a vet visit.

Mark and his partner were very thorough in their inspection of my cabin, and they worked hard to exterminate the scentless plant sucking bug infestation that we had over the winter. I give them my highest recommendation.

Mark was able to fit me into his busy schedule to solve my skunk problem. He is professional, very responsive via phone and text, and really knows what he is doing. His methods are environmentally safe and he takes the welfare of the wildlife he is trapping very seriously. He also took care to work around my household needs--I have five dogs and multiple cats. I'm super happy with his service!

Mark was extremely responsive and did a thorough job when a family mice tried to move into our home. We have set up regular service and are very happy.

I heard a scratching in my crawlspace late on a Saturday night. Walked around my perimeter and found that something had ripped its way through my vent block and was living under my house. After calling 3 different places, only Mark at Gorge Central offered to help. Not only did he get right back to me, but he fit me into his schedule on short notice. Mark came out, inspected the crawlspace, helped flush out and remove the critters that were down there, and sealed up the damaged vent. Mark is a true professional and I recommend him and his services highly.

We had Mark out to investigate a box elder beetle problem. He was timely, courteous, and thorough. He was diligent in the inspection, even climbing into the attic to make sure he had everything covered. He was able to perform the service the same day, meaning we were on our way to a bug free life quickly!

Mark Brennan at Gorge Central Pest Control is amazing!! He has gone above and beyond to solve the rodent problem - my biggest fear! He responds promptly to texts and calls and he is professional. He doesn't just trap or place poison bait for the rodents; rather, he actually seals and closes rodent holes and access points with specially formulated pest foam and steel mesh. He focusses on the complete solution instead of just temporary bandaids to the rodent problem. I highly recommend Gorge Central Pest Control.

He was prompt coming out to assess the situation and followed through once a month to change bate. The rodents ate the poison so hopefully it killed them. He always checked with me before he came and let me know how things were going.
