Thomas has been our service provider for several years. Yesterday was time for our in and outside pest service. Thomas is always on time , explains what service/s hecwill be doing and asks if there are any concerns or additional services needed. He is polite and does a superb job. Thomas always calls when he's enroute as a heads-up. And remembers we have a small child so he doesn't ring the doorbell just in case it's nap time. He's been our Rep for a long time. 10 stars!

Parker was very thorough in trying to find the source of our many ants. He did put granules out in the attic and crawl space. I thought he was going to put a couple of spots of gel for ceiling problem access but not sure he did.

We’ve used Insight Pest Solutions at our last two homes and the service and results have been great. Parker has been the technician assigned to both homes and we feel very comfortable with him servicing the home even when we’re not there. I was not home when Parker came by,my room mate was here. He didn't give.Parker an uinstructions about what I wanted done which was' not Parker's fault. I gave him four stars because he didn't remove one of the dead rats.over all he does a great job and I really like him!
