We’ve been using Fidelis for pest control for almost a year now, and couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. Taggard provides effective and affordable pest control at a great rate. He’s very easy to get ahold of, and always texts us to remind us of our service date. Has definitely helped keep the rodent population in our backyard in check! Highly recommend

Paid Taggard $200 to treat my house and 6 weeks later my house was invaded by 3 varieties of ants. When I call I was told this- “you were more or less inhabited from Steve Rogers and I’m too busy to be able to come out and treat your house” when he talked to my husband he said to go get some bug spray from the home store and spray the ants! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I paid Steve Rogers for the initial treatment of my home and was on an annual maintenance - if Taggart wanted to change policy after buying the company from Steve, all he had to do was “inform” the client he was doing so instead of tell us we were “more or less inherited“ and he was doing us a huge favor- I thought when you bought a company you actually purchased the costumer base- very unprofessional .... and will not recommend.

When I spoke with your husband we were both of the understanding that I was very busy and wasn’t able to get to him at the moment. He said that he had had some spray available I told him to go ahead and use that until I could get to him. I then received a message from you. When I called back to do a follow up I was of the understanding that you were inquiring about regular service. I left a message about that and scheduling to do a follow up, I did not receive a call back.
