We have had Kanga come to our house for a few years now. The people who come to our house every few months are such polite people and they do a great job every visit. And we can call them when and if we have an issue and they always come. Thank you for the best pest control

If you don’t mind being threatened for collections and Kanga Pest Control being extremely rigid, then this place will suffice. We still have an animal noise in the walls after multiple treatments. I have received multiple threats to turn me into collections even though I have been in communication with them on a constant basis. These people DO NOT CARE about any extenuating circumstances you may have. They only care about their bottom dollar and are very passive aggressive about it. Also, read your contract thoroughly. I ended up paying twice what I expected. I think the Google reviews that are 5 star may be false.

Can’t say enough good things! Called Kanga when I discovered we were having an influx in wasp traffic around the front of our house already this year. They were bad last year and with them getting started already I wanted to call in the professionals. From the moment I called, the girl who answered the phone (Jasmine, I think?) was nothing but friendly, professional and accommodating. To my surprise, she was able to send someone out the very next day! Orlando came out to do our consult and he was also very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and on time. He got our service started for us and just a couple days later, Tyler came out to treat our property. He was ahead of schedule that day so he reached out to let me know and offered to come early if that worked for me. It was during my daughter’s nap time so I let him know he was welcome to come early but that I’d be preoccupied for a bit and then come out to touch base. He got started when he arrived and when I came out to meet him, to no surprise - another friendly, knowledgeable face! I truly felt like he went above and beyond to treat our home and make it a safe place for my husband and I, along with our toddler and dog, to enjoy outside which is one of our favorite things to do. Even down to making sure to flip over our dog’s water bowl so there was no chance of any overspray getting in it. From start to finish, Kanga as a whole was professional, thorough and friendly. Company is truly top notch and can’t recommend enough!

I've been using Kanga Pest Control for four years. I work graveyard shift which always makes scheduling tricky, but Kanga is great scheduling around my time needs. The techs are top notch and punctual. I'm very happy with their service and continue to recommend them.

I had Juan stop in to investigate some scatching noises, and it was determined that there was no sign of rodent intrusion into our condo. It is possible that if there is an incursion it is coming from the attached neighboring condo. Kind of a good news bad new result, but at least we have an answer.
