I have had Devin out for a couple of different pest problems. He gets the job done! He is prompt, courteous and efficient. He is not happy or done until you are happy and satisfied that the problem is taken care of.I highly recommend AAPest Control.

We've been using AA pest control for a little over a year now in Astoria. Firstly, for ant treatments, later we added treatment for rodents. We've been extremely pleased with everything. Ty is efficient and turns up on time. He always let's me know in advance of his treatments and updates me when he's done. Communication has been straightforward, and he's always been able to make "urgent" visits happen quickly and has been able to fit in with my tight schedule.

Jed has been the A&A tech at my older Victorian home for about eight years, and during this time he has been consistently professional, courteous and considerate--always letting me know the day before he comes to service the place and giving me a status report afterwards. Jed is terrific at his job too. He's very savvy about rodent behavior and is willing to get a little dusty inside a crawl space or two. Thank you, Jed!

I highly recommend A&A Pest Control! We had a fly problem and they were able to get a tech out to the house very quickly to take a look at the problem. Jed was extremely thorough and professional and shared a lot of helpful information. He also identified several other concerning pest issues that I was not aware of and helped come up with a plan for taking care of them. I wanted to share my experience with A&A. I called in about a rat problem and got an appointment two days later. Ty was great at explaining the process and addressing my concerns. Even though he is quite tall, he squeezed himself into my attic crawl space to investigate the rats. I had two follow up appointments and have to say he was fantastic each time. I have used A&A Pest Control for my problem with carpenter ants on my property. I have really had a great experience with them. They have taken care of the issue through two seasons of the problem and they guarantee their work! I’ve used A&A Pest Control for years at both my home and businesses. They come automatically without me needing to call and arrange service. They are very communicative and honestly do a great job and I have to do nothing. I feel like they are worth every penny they charge to not have to deal with any critters. We’ve used them for spiders, ants, mice and general other things. Danielle, Jed and Alex are all great to deal with and even the guy that answers the phone to update my credit every once in a while is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!!!

We have used A&A Pest Control a few times over the past several years. I called last week because we had been seeing carpenter ants. Jed called the night before to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel confident that this company is providing needed service and not trying to sell unneeded services.

I can't express enough how pleased I am with the service I received from A and A. Alec came out within an hour of my call and met me at our duplex where there was a yellow jacket nest under the crawl space. Somehow Alec squeezed through the small access and treated the football size nest. I will call them again when in need of pest control.
