I reached out to this company because my cat trapped a mouse in my house. They put out traps in my attic where they found a mouse nest and also outside around my house. don’t book with this company. i cancelled this months ago, because they don’t know how to schedule apparently, and after not receiving services for months, i still got a bill in the mail for $225! apparently they don’t update your active status either. they are very unprofessional. they have tried to come out to my house 6 times while i’m at work, when i never made an appointment. not trustworthy.

The only good thing we can say about this company is that the inspector was kind and professional. Beyond that, this has been an absolute disaster. We booked a service with a scheduled arrival time of 12-2 PM. My husband waited the entire day, and the technician didn’t show up until after 4 PM—without a single call or update from the company. When they finally arrived, they couldn’t even do the job because we weren’t informed we needed a water hose. How is that not communicated beforehand? The service manager promised to make things right and scheduled a follow-up for the next week, assuring us they would personally handle it. Well, guess what? It’s now past 2 PM, no one has shown up AGAIN, and there hasn’t been a single call or explanation. This company has completely wasted our time—not once, but twice. We’re done. This is unacceptable. Communication and punctuality are basic expectations for any business, and this company has failed miserably on both counts. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually respects your time.

I get every company needs to turn a profit, but please educate your door to door walkers to not put flyers on houses that clearly have a sign on the front door of the property explicitly stating no door hanging advertisements. That doesn't send any positive message to a would-be prospect, when your employees aren't demonstrating simple respect of the property, which depending on the city, may also be a violation of city ordinance if advertisements are being left with a clear sign stating not to. Not cool.

This company has charged my card when they didnt come out, very difficult to get that resolved. Our agreement was for treatment March to October and yet they continue to send me bills of services they claimed to have performed, 1. these services were never agreed to; 2. I work from home so would know if they showed up on New Years day when it was 25 degrees outside yet they stated they were here doing a bug treatment. Seriously Jan 1 2022 in 25 degree weather, treating for mosquitos. They are nice when you when you visit and completely corrupt in their charging for non existent services.

Moore, Oklahoma. I would strongly recommend evaluating the training this location has received. We hired them for termite preventive treatment. When the technician (Sony?) arrived he stated what the state law regulations (8-12 inches for drilled holes) were for the treatment but proceeded to not follow state law regulations and did not properly complete treatment (exceeded 12inches) . I contacted the manager (Scott?) of this location letting him know it was wrong and that the technician did not clean up before leaving. Manager came out to my house with the technician (he cleaned during that time) and stated the technician applied the treatment correctly (12-18 in) . I told him that I was informed by other company’s and also research from the internet that, that was not true. He debated the issue with me and did not offer to correct it at that time. I ended up filing a complaint with the department of agriculture to investigate the application of pesticide. It was decided the company violated the states law regulations for termite pesticide application! The company was forced to come out and redo the treatments. Not one apology was offered by the manager for wrong information, trying to pull one over or the inconvenience of another day. The company tried to short change me on the first treatment,so I can’t trust them for any future warranty now. Please education your self as a consumer on pesticide law/regulations in your state before hiring!!! And if they do not apply correctly file a complaint with your state department! This is your right as a consumer!

I've had them out to my house five times for spiders and they still have not gotten rid of the problem I continuously see them crawling into my house from the outside as alive as they can be and all they tell me is that I'm going to have to wait and after 2 months I'm done waiting I've cancelled my services and I switched companies and since the switch I haven't had an issue I believe it's because they actually put out a quantity of product that seems to make a difference verses just lightly misting my house I would not recommend this company to anybody I know because it's a waste of money to have someone spray water on your house not to mention the harassing phone calls after I cancelled my services from the manager even after asking him to leave me alone not only did he continue to call me but he also had his sales people call me to try to add services to my already cancelled subscription I find this very unprofessional especially after being asked to be removed from the call list.

Since they bought out ecoshield this company has been awful. They don't send you reminders for your service and when we called to complain about it we were told they are supposed to call you a few days in advanced to inform you that they are coming, which is not true. If we received a call it would always be at 8pm the night before which isn't enough time to adjust your work schedule in order for them to spray inside. Had service set up for May 11th ended up cancelling my service at the end of April and today they showed up to my house (May 5th). No consistency with this company or notification of service.

Made an appointment for a certain date and time because of a mouse infestation. They asked if it could be sooner because rodent problems are their priority, I couldn't make it sooner because of work so it had to be on a Saturday. They never showed up. No call or anything, it's the second time I've made an appointment and they didn't show up. Calling them tomorrow to cancel services and calling someone else who knows how to do their job.
