If I could leave less than a 1 star, I would. Less than a year ago we had bed bugs and this company came to spray. We thought the problem was taken care of, but here we are now, once again. The treatment was not thorough enough, causing the bed bugs to go dormant until now. We noticed them again in the same room and this time they did a heat treatment. Today I found 3 live ones in the same room. I called my leasing office to have them come back and do another heat treatment, and the exterminator said they didn’t find anything so they just sprayed the apartment. They also told my leasing office that we didn’t prep correctly, but didn’t even specify what else needed to be done. When I got home from work, I found 4 baby bedbugs in the corner of the wall. If I found them within 5 minutes, why couldn’t the professional exterminator find any? Why won’t they do a second heat treatment or something else since this obviously isn’t working. I have tried calling the exterminator company myself, and they informed me they cannot discuss anything with me, that they can only talk to my leasing office. The people at my leasing office are incompetent and don’t understand the situation at all. I am at my wits end with this and I’m furious. I have a newborn baby in my house and she’s getting bit by the bedbugs because this company doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Great professional american company that is the only one we use for any residential, commercial, or industrial need we have. On time, good honest people we have done business with for quite awhile!

This place is absolutely the best, hands down. They did better in 1 day than Armor Pest Control did in 365 days! I am very vey pleased with their services and will recommend them to anyone that has issues will pests. Thank for reading! You will not regret this service.

Thanks to “Little” Mike for addressing my ant infestation. Mike was also quite knowledgeable sharing with me in a manner that I could understand how the ants came to be in my home. Thanks to Mike's information I feel better prepared to handle similar pest issues in the future. I highly recommend this company for any and all pest issues.

Little Mike will take care of you. He sprays like it’s his own house. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Some of these other companies price gouge and make you rely on them for monthly sprays. These guys are legit !! Thanks for the quality sprays.

Summary for those not wanting to read the whole thing: They forgot to send out the prep sheet for instructions, therefore the spray did not work, and they are still not going to refund me or spray again for free. Owner was notified and still refused to amend the situation. This company was called to spray an empty property of mine for fleas. After 2 months the fleas were still not gone and I called to tell them this and to have them re-spray. The woman over the phone tells me that it was probably because I did not follow the "prep sheet" instructions. I told her that I do not know what a prep sheet is and that nobody ever gave me that. She told me that they "should have" sent it to the property management company, but have no way to confirm that they actually sent it.The person at my company that they told me it was sent to has confirmed that they did not send it to her, and after Genie at Bug Zappers spoke to the owner, she told me they were still refusing to either refund me or spray again for free. ***NOTE TO THE OWNER*** Please feel free to contact me through my property management company, Key Realty and Property Management, to remedy this situation. Update: I am changing my 1 star to a 3 star because as the owner below described he did contact me and explain the situation. It was still a bad experience but because it was remedied and explained thoroughly I don't mind improving it to a 3 star review.

TOP NOTCH PEST CONTROL. I have used this company for home and business for more than 10 years. In that amount of time I had one call back on a large tree covered property with a severe case of carpenter ants. (Yes, the cleared them out.) I managed properties for over 15 years and worked with many pest control companies. They are the only ones I have ever seen sucessfully Get Rid of BED BUGS first time out. These guys are professional, honest and most importantly THE BEST at what they do. They also RELOCATE 🐝 BEES ❤.

I like the way they came and spray everything..Little Mike was so friendly and nice and he explained about everything I needed to know about beg bugs ...So now I have to wait to see if the bugs are gone....Thank you for your understanding that I have in my appartment problems..

My son brought home a piece of used furniture, which in the era of the resurgence of bed bugs is a terrible idea. After he moved out, we noticed signs of a bed bug infestation in his room, and my landlord kindly arranged for my apartment to be treated by Bug Zappers. While putting everything you own in plastic bags and moving all your furniture three feet from the walls is quite a job, the folks at Bug Zappers made the experience absolutely painless and easy. The young woman who answers the phones in the office answered my many questions completely and patiently. The man who treated my apartment was friendly and helpful as well. He also answered my questions, and totally respected my property. There was no damage to anything in my home, and I was amazed by how neat he was with the powder he used to treat all the baseboards. The first step was a chemical fog that is used in the entire house, which requires that you stay out of the premises for six hours. I was quite surprised that when I returned to my home after seven hours, opened all the doors and windows and aired the place out for an hour, there was no noticeable remaining chemical smell, and I was able to get a comfortable nights sleep. Bed bugs can be quite a problem, and they can add a great deal of stress in your life if not properly dealt with by a professional exterminator. I happily give Bug Zappers a 5 STAR RATING for doing a fabulous job. Thank you, Bug Zappers.

Mike and his team are the best in the industry! They are intentional about every single thing that relates to their business- from the spray they use to the traps they use for the larger critters. You will not get better care from anyone else. Ive experienced commerically known larger pest control companies and it's impersonal and the chemicals smell and it wears off fast. If you want someone who cares about keeping your home the way YOU want it, call the bug zappers team, they will take very good care of you!

Concerning ... they did not check for bed bugs when they were reported, leading to my apartment complex dropping the contract early. Bug Zapper responded 11/7 to a report of bed bugs in my apartment. They reported none to the office, and the next day I found them crawling all over my box spring. The following week the same guy came back for a follow up inspection, only to tell my roommate he did not inspect the entire apartment the first time, despite being told by the office about bed bugs and a ziploc with an adult bedbug being on the fridge as proof. Big time yikes. Complex got a new company going forward, hopefully one that actually does its job
