Bad customer service!

I have had the privilege to have killian’s lawn care help transform my weed ridden yard into a healthy green lawn. One of the best in the business and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve the health and look of their lawns

I used Killian’s in 2021 and the service was first-rate. Killian has amazing ability to connect with customers. After that visit, I thought “Save the number! This guy seemed more like a friend than a serviceman.” The experience had me ecstatic to use them again because I knew it’d be done right and i’d be valued. Unfortunately, buddy didn’t answer the phone all throughout the month of April 2022. I left voicemails and went to the website, but no reply. I referred a buddy from church and a buddy from the Army to Killian’s and they received the same communication: none. Communication is a big part of customer service. I hope the best for this business. Hopefully, their blessed enough to get a receptionist soon. I used someone else who was $10 cheaper.

Moved here a year ago. Try different lawn companies. But killian's what's the best landscaping in the mowing. Very professional and on time. I wish I would have called them sooner. Great customer service. Thank you guys.

Killians is a company that everyone in the area should use. You will be provided the most professional service imaginable with great quality work. Prices are very reasonable and time-frames are always accommodating. I've never had an issue with any work done and plan to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Christmas light where installed and look amazing! Best price you will find in Norman and the best quality too! Look forward to using them long term!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Awful service and company!! So disappointed and feel cheated out of my money. Ive made several posts and warned many people of this awful company and workers.

We are new homeowners and haven’t had to deal with any landscaping or lawn care in the past. Killian’s came out and immediately made an assessment of our situation. Instead of just throwing down some chemicals and collecting a check he took the time to explain ways that we could best take care of our lawn and landscaping. His knowledgeable and professional appearance gives me confidence that our lawn is in great hands, and I look forward to what our lawn will look like this summer.

Have used Killian's Landscaping for several years and depend on his good work. Get lots of pamphlets for other firms but couldn't do better for service and reliability. Thank you Joe.

Killian's is amazing! I called this morning at 8:30 asking for a quote for care of my lawn and the gentleman was so nice and helpful! We're in a new neighborhood so the grass hasn't exactly settled its roots in and my husband and I are from a place that grass doesn't exactly thrive. Not only was Killian's pricing outstanding, but they got someone out and sprayed 3 hours after I made the call!! I am so impressed with them so far and I'm excited to see how well my grass comes up this year!

We have used Joe with Killian's Landscaping for our flowerbeds, mowing, Christmas lights, and lawn treatments. He offers a competitive price with excellent service. Joe is very easy to contact and talk and provides great advice based on experience for landscape installations and custom Christmas lights. Invoicing and payments are handled easily online I highly recommend!

Said he was going to mow my lawn last week, NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED.

Killian's Landscaping was great!!! Joe was very knowledgeable, and gave excellent suggestions. He's the best landscaping design specialist I've met, and I've used a few. He isn't the cheapest landscaper out there, but he will quote you a fair price, and recommend to you the best options, while still able and willing to offer less than the preferred treatment. I would be happy to use him again in the future.
