They keep showing up to my house claiming a deceased person ordered a extermination,and are billing me after I tell them to leave. Now their stating their going to lien on my house. There lying and scamming vulnerable people. Next I'm calling bbb.

Mr Wettstien,<br><br>We have searched our client data base and we don’t show you as ever being our customer. You must have the wrong company. We refute this 1 -star review. We have never done such a thing to our customers. Furthermore, we have never filled a lien on someone’s property.
I have used this pest control before when I discovered I had termites They were very professional. They arrived when they said they would explained their process and answered all my questions. That was 7 years ago. This time I contacted the company for my lawn. Their excellent service is still the same. Paying for the service was very convenient. The staff is awesome.

Mr. Hoover, it is very common after just one treatment to see more roaches. Your infestation was very bad. We did did a flush out which will cause roaches to be flushed out of their hiding places. Your infestation will get better and we will get rid of them if you stay on the service plan we recommended. Thanks so much. We are to make you happy!

We do apologize for the inconvenience. But you can always call the office and the ladies would be happy to help you with that issue. We try to let our customers know ahead of time but sometimes it’s not feasible. We don’t go up on prices very often. Sometimes we have to due to the influx of price with the chemicals.
My only issue is you never know when they arrive or leave. I ask for a call when coming but none, Never ring the doorbell to say we are here to do your lawn, any questions? But no they didn't ring the doorbell. It may seem petty but we like to know the people who do the work and point out our problem issues. Today I called to ask about spot treatment, was told they woud come check it out today or tomorrow. They showed up at 12: 06 and was gone by 12:17.
