They keep showing up to my house claiming a deceased person ordered a extermination,and are billing me after I tell them to leave. Now their stating their going to lien on my house. There lying and scamming vulnerable people. Next I'm calling bbb.

The team does an outstanding job keeping my yard looking great—always well-maintained, lush, and healthy. Recently, I had an unexpected infestation of army worms that turned my beautiful green lawn to crunchy brown in less than 24 hours. I called the team, and they were at my house the very next day. My only issue is you never know when they arrive or leave. I ask for a call when coming but none, Never ring the doorbell to say we are here to do your lawn, any questions? But no they didn't ring the doorbell. It may seem petty but we like to know the people who do the work and point out our problem issues. Today I called to ask about spot treatment, was told they woud come check it out today or tomorrow. They showed up at 12: 06 and was gone by 12:17.

After this snow/ice event, I called B&R and asked if they could help, this was late evening on Monday, he was at my office at 7 AM Tuesday morning. He then went out to an elderly couple friend of mine and got their driveway cleared so they could get out. My friends were so happy and said they did a wonderful job. If you need snow/ice removal or anything with your yard, give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed!!!
We are in the process of buying the house we are currently renting. Due to Covid-19, a lot of places aren't doing anything that requires them to come into a home. OK Lawn and Pest came to our rescue and did a thorough pest inspection so that our home purchase wouldn't be held up. They are very professional and kept in contact with us as we were trying to set up a time for them to come over. I'd highly recommend them!
