These folks are very good and thorough. After eradicating the yellow jackets in my eaves, Grace came back several days later when the bees started to nest in the ground near their original nest and took care of the nuisance. Special mention to Paul & Chris, the service technicians.

A great company which customs to your specific needs and takes time to explain and explore any issues. Also has natural options!

I have contacted this company after reading good reviews about it! Someone mentioned that they had a a year and a 1/2 guarantee! I was intrigued, I had cockroaches only in the kitchen and since I have a toddler who touches everything and who’s allergic to many things including mothballs, I tried explaining to them that I only needed their service in the kitchen! They tried to force me to do the whole apartment even after explaining that I couldn't! We finally settled on leaving my son’s room out of it! When I asked about the price which I knew was 150 qar for 1 bhk they asled for 230 ( basically charged nearly the same price as 2 bhk) I explained that this was unacceptable! That first im being forced and then asked to pay the same price even though i dont need the full service! The person handling the booking is clearly lacking the skills of talking to customers! He started exclaiming that I shouldn’t ask for a warranty if I dont want the whole house to be treated! And that I was only throwing words in the air! Which is very lame and pathetic way to speak to your customers whether they’re right or wrong! I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone! They’re simply trying to earn few more riyals by forcing their customers!!

The claim a 90 day guarantee then will drop you off when nothing had improved a complete waste of money you are better off handling yourself...!!

Very unprofessional and reckless. Busted a window out at my residence while performing contracted work and left my property a disaster of a mess while doing side arm mowing work. Owner called to offer me a settlement and then withdrew his settlement offer because I told him I was very unhappy with the mess he left on my property. He now won’t even answer calls or texts and I’ve had to resort to filing a complaint with the BBB. This company is very unprofessional and uncaring. Be very careful using them. Owner doesn’t care about his customers. Very disappointing.

I never used them they are TOO PRICEY!

I had went four yrs ago, and they were great. For sugar ants. Gave me everything I needed to DIY. Immediate fix. This time I went and they were rushing me. They did wait for me as I dont know how to change clock in car to "fall forward." They correctly identified beetle. However living in a 12 plex, a week later, the drains backed up. I would have gave them 5 stars. But they I guess were telling me to go away. I kid you not, they blocked my number. It went to voicemail a couple times immediately. I had really appreciated she waited as it was a fri. I only also gave a 1 star because I didnt know only licenced ppl like Orkin, not DYI ppl can use products to kill insects from reproducting. So I bought a "$21 bottle of raid." And the worst part, the adults just wanted outside. Its Larva that do all the damage. Ugh. Unless you can afford their exterminator, that is what you get, Expensive raid. My dad paid Orkin $274. Coulda been theirs. Oh well. Thanks for waiting though. :)

Awful Liers whom just want your money!!!!!

We had them out 4 times and still have ants and now spiders. We only used their services because our community has a contract with them but they are a terrible company to work. Obviously their products don’t work and they don’t stand by their services. Most places guarantee you won’t have another bug or they come back out. This company charges you to come back out. The previous company we used cane out twice a year and never had to come out in between service dates. They guaranteed their service, and if you saw a big they would come back out. I don’t understand the reason they never had to come back out but this company has been out 4 times since May 3rd and I still have ants and spiders! Look elsewhere for better customer service and pest control service because this company will let you down.

Ok ppl out there. I had grace at my house .AND I would not recommend or ever call this place again .I tryed to be nice and told them i wond be home and do it all and right.. I'm no dummy and please don't rip me off SO I paid them over the phone .Caz I wasn't going to be home for a while.. well u can see where they started. Boy did I get ripped. I'll write more later ...peeled off now so later
