Young man, William Alexander III, was here today, very nice young man, has been here before, always professional, thorough and efficient, complimentary and handles everything with finesse and ease and is knowledgeable as well. Very nice fella, an asset to your company! Thank you for him and he covers his shoes to protect my carpets without even asking. It’s the little things that count, sometimes. He does an excellent job and is in and out quickly so it doesn’t disrupt our daily responsibilities. AND we never see a bug, ever!

I don't feel like we got our money's worth. I thought the treatment was expensive and ineffective. However, after our first visit I would definitely recommend Greenix.

My boyfriend called out for help with rodents. They canceled on me 5 minutes before they were supposed to be here for my appointment yesterday. Fine. But they showed up today without calling and I had another company show up to take care of the problem they didn’t show up to do. Now, they’re telling me I owe them $80 for canceling on them. I’m on disability/fixed income, and they rendered no services. They never said anything about a cancellation fee, and under their logic they should owe me $80 for last minute Canceling on me yesterday! I don’t even have enough money to put groceries in my refrigerator and this is how this company treats the disabled. Keep that in mind if you’re thinking about choosing this company. They do not care about anybody but themselves.

Their website and Google site are inaccurate. They will not do anything related to bats.

Hi Heather! Expert Pest does offer bat services that helps prevent bats to not enter your home once they leave. However, at this time we do not offer services to remove bats. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. If this is a need of yours to help prevent bats, please give us a call for a free quote on our bat service!
Requested to have area resprayed as guaranteed but was told there may be a service charge if bees were not found or were coming from some other source. Previous vendors just came out and resprayed. Will not use again.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We like to be precise in our applications. Stinging insect continually forage for food and nest building material. For our customers who opted for an individual nest treatment, our warranty is only for that particular nest. For our customers who opted for a whole house treatment, our warranty is for nests on the home. If you are experiencing activity with the original nest we are more than happy to come and retreat that nest. Treating an area of the home for foraging bees or wasps will not help alleviate any pressure from the foraging bees or wasps. You will still experience bees and wasps foraging.
They started off doing a great job. But as the years went buy they did less, and less. When we had a issue with the bugs coming back and when we called them, they said that I would have to speak to a manager. It has been a month and we have not heard from them. Also they should have come back 2 weeks ago, and they didn't. I would recommend that if you are looking for a yearly plan look some where else.

Tried to call the day before to reschedule, the office never called me back for a time so the tech shows up today. Extremely rude and unprofessional when my wife approached him in the driveway to explain today doesn't work for us. Mumbled a slur or two when she said he will have to come back. Real tough guys you employ.

Work was terrible. I have been getting treatments since Nov. And problem still not solved. I am proceeding with law suit today!

Dear Mr. Digiacomo, We are sorry to hear that you are pursuing this direction after all attempts were satisfied in our agreement. It is ultimately your responsibility to not re-introduce bed bugs back into your home. Expert did follow up with a liquid treatment 5 days later with no additional complaints of bed bugs.<br>Later on, you made us aware of more bed bugs. Expert treated with an additional liquid treatment at no charge in an offer to do more.<br>However, Expert does not re-treat with another heat treatment based on the fact that the customer re-introduced bed bugs again. This means we would be re-treating with heat and getting the same result from every customer that continues to bring bed bugs back into their home.<br>Again, we are sorry you are unsatisfied with all of our attempts that were provided under our agreement.
If I could give a 1/2 star I would. I called Expert Pest Management and let them know that I may have termites. They asked me to send a picture, so I did. They returned a call and told me they were carpenter ants. I told her to send someone out because I didn't want damage done to my home, we are in the middle of an outside renovation and I didn't want to do it again anytime soon. The tech did arrive in the time frame they told me he would be here. When he looked at the insects he said they were "reproducer ants" and wouldn't hurt my house. I can deal with the ants myself. He was insisting that we have the treatment and my husband told him 3 times that the treatment wasn't needed if they were regular ants, that we could take care of it. Every time my husband said we would take care of it he said "but it comes with a 6 month warranty". It's the end of Sept., the warranty would be finished the end of March. I have never, ever had an ant in the winter. He finally said he would have to contact the office and see what they said. They told him it would be a "refusal" and to charge us $100. What the...., my husband was furious and spoke with the office. They settled on $50 which still ticked us off. We paid the $50 and he left. Moral of the story, ask about a refusal policy, most places have free estimates, and use google to find out what type of insects you may have. Will save you a lot of hard earned money.

Mrs. Weston, you called in and sent us a picture. After reviewing the picture, we explained that they looked like carpenter ant swarmers (that would be covered under our ant program).<br>We quoted you a price over the phone to which you agreed upon and you scheduled an appointment.<br>We also explained that if for ANY reason you refused service or was not home for the appointment, you would be responsible for a service call fee. This is to cover time, labor, gas, and insurance.<br>You did agree to the terms and conditions when you made the appointment.<br>Your problem was ants. We would hope that you would feel fortunate to have an honest company properly identify the pest you were having and perform the appropriate treatment that you requested and agreed upon when you made your appointment. Expert Pest does offer free phone estimates, we however do not offer onsite estimates for free.
Horrible service. The owners a jerk. Tried them twice. Didn't eliminate the pests. The guy didn't know what he was doing. He said they're only given a weeks training. Everyone that I've talked to about them said they have a high turnover rate. Having talked to the owner I see why. I suggest people go to a company that appreciates customers/employees. This company isn't it.

If I could leave a review of zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Never going back. I would rather spend more money at a bigger corporate place, knowing I'll be taken care of then at a small business where my business is less than appreciated. Never going back here again.
