We noticed some mice in our basement in late spring. They’ve been coming in almost monthly to reset the traps with bait. Each time they’ve come, we’ve noticed less and less activity from the mice. When we thought we had one in our wall stuck, they made an effort to come as quickly as possible to try to talk us through it and what our next steps would be. We’ve had a new person each time they visited, but each has been knowledgeable and helpful. Some even offering advice on what we can do to secure our home further. When it comes to scheduling them to come out, it has been easy and they’re flexible working with my schedule. They’ve been great with communicating between us and our landlord.

Had issues with spiders and bugs and hired this company to spray. They promised no more bugs after a few weeks or they'd return for free. Three weeks later, I still have spiders, and now they are trying to charge me again. Save your money and buy your own spray instead.

This company was amazing. We had a huge honey bee nest over our garage and in an unusual place. It took three return visits. Their advice was to the point, professional and they were clear on their pricing. Josh was our initial agent and he was perfection. He even slotted more time yo finish our job appropriately. On the last visit, the team consisted of 4 men to complete removal. Brian and Josh went above and beyond to spray and clean up the massive mess. I would not use anyone else. We will call for preventative every year.
