Jeff does an excellent job for our Village. He is not only punctual but does an excellent job spraying the interior of our buildings. There's never a "mess" clean up after he's gone. He's very diligent in checking, refilling and cleaning the exterior traps. We are very pleased with his performance here.

Paid for a year of service in August of 2020. They told me they would find where they where the rodents were getting in and fix the problem. The tech was very nice but told me they only trapped and baited didn't actually prevent the issue. I ended up just googling how to fix the issue myself. Very poor quality. Do not recommend.

Just called to get pricing and information about the services offered. The Lady Michelle was rude and had an attitude. You would think in a time like this they would be nice and want business not push people away.

I have been trying to get a tech to my house since Friday for wasps inside my home. I am 38 wks pregnant and highly allergic to them. First they said someone would be out Saturday. Saturday I called back because no one showed up. The tech my fiancee spoke with actually yelled at him saying I never had an appointment.... Fast forward 4 "urgent" messages later and still no answers. It is now Monday. I called a competitor company at noon and had a tech here by 3:15. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Amber, we apologize but we have no record of a scheduled appointment for you. As we explained during our call we would need authorization from your landlord to schedule service for that property.
I called for an inspection on a home I'm buying, they said they charged $200 to inspect. I thought that was quite high the place my lender suggested was $48. Many years ago a friend of mine used them and was not pleased with the service they provided either.
