Jen was great . Took great care of the problem. The person who answered the phone ,however, was less than helpful. This was the second time that I called for something and the person answering the phone didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The service itself was great but the phone person needs some work

The gentleman that came out and went above and beyond in his responsibility to remove a hornets nest at are home. The nest was at the very peak of are home, the ladder was to short and he did not want my wife and have to wait until the next day so climbed the ladder spayed the nest and knocked it to the ground. The was with no extra charge to the regular quarterly price. Go Go Pest Control.

Go Go Pest Control is great to work with and has outstanding services. From the initial call to schedule monthly service Go Go Pest has been professional, friendly, and amazing to work with! I highly recommend for any of your pest needs and monthly service as well!

Within 48 hours of posting my review, Cindy, the Head of Operations, personally reached out to learn more about my experience. She listened carefully, genuinely welcomed the feedback, and let me know they had already implemented two policy changes based on my experience to help ensure it doesn’t happen to future customers. That level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement is incredibly refreshing. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how a company responds, and they absolutely earned my respect. Thank you, Cindy, for handling the situation with such care and integrity. I wish y’all the best success for the this fully woman owned and operated business! I had a mixed experience overall, but I especially want to recognize Jenni, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. When Jenni arrived, she realized she hadn’t been given the details from my scheduling call that the wasp nest was on a second-story balcony and would require different equipment. I had also shared that I’m allergic to wasps, so she immediately offered to come back the very next morning, on her day off, with the proper equipment to make sure the job was taken care of. That level of customer service is rare, and I was incredibly grateful. Jenni is the reason I’ll be continuing with monthly service. The scheduling process, however, could definitely be improved. I submitted an online request and didn’t hear anything for nearly two weeks, so I eventually had to call again myself. During that call, I explained the location of the nest, the height, and my allergy, so it was disappointing that those details weren’t passed along to Jenni. I also received a follow-up call from the office asking several questions about Jenni that felt a bit unusual and unprofessional. It left me uncomfortable. Overall, Jenni turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. She represented the company exceptionally well, and I hope she’s recognized for the outstanding care she showed me.

Anyone can say they are the best pest control. My concern is after the service. Go go pest is the absolute most reliable after service we have ever had.!!!!!!! Better by far than the other pest control companies we ha used!!!!!!

Was not satisfied. Sprayed my walls instead of baseboards in home. Said because of dog. Wasnt aware this was happening. Still have ants to this day in kitchen. Owner reached out to me once but not since then. Try to support local businesses . Amelia DeBias .

When scheduling my appointment with Lindsay, I was initially unsure if I had reached the correct business line due to the tone and manner in which the call was answered. Unfortunately, the interaction did not come across as particularly professional and left me with some uncertainty during the scheduling process, it was as if the call woke her up despite the interaction occurring at 10am.

We had a bee problem . A woman was able to come out the same day and sprayed the area. It totally took care of the problem. The next day, she came back to make sure the bees were gone. She sprayed again just to be sure. No more bees! Great service and very friendly! Thanks.
