I recently used JC pest control at my house to help mitigate a spider issue I have been having at my house after having another company come out and failed to solve the issue properly. After having JC pest control out I noticed an immediate difference in quality of care when working with myself and in my home. Although they may quote you higher then the other companies if you want it done properly go with JC pest control.

Great experience with JC Pest Control. When I called them and told them my issues/concerns, they told me that could help. Came over within a day or so. Very punctual and professional. Explained what they were going to do and did a walk through with me. Justin was a very nice and polite young man. Was worried about the chemicals with my dog and he explained everything was safe. Cannot say enough good things about this company! Justin was amazing! We called about mice and rodents that had ingested our home! Justin came to my home to inspect the infestation. He gave me the price and told me that he would have to come back out for a month once a week. He stood by what he said and answered all my questions I thought of once he took my case. I now have no mice or rodents and couldn't be happier. This company stands by what they say they're going to do!

Very friendly, professional service. My husband and I have dealt with various pest issues since moving here, as we live in the woods. Haven't had a single issue since the guys have been treating. Excellent service, excellent people, locally owned. I have them spray my home regularly in between seasons and it makes a huge difference. Just this past summer, we were polluted with lantern flies, specifically around my garage door. The difference after the spray was immediately noticeable. Would recommend JC Pest Control to anyone.

They responded promptly to my call and removed a large hornets nest for me. They also took care of a wasp nest and sprayed for ants. I'm very pleased with their service.

I called inquiring about the procedure, success rate, and cost. The gentleman was rude and disrespectful. He assumed because I was asking cost, I would not like the cost and without prompting- he sarcastically said “you can somewhere cheaper if you want” “my time is valuable” which I agree and understand. So very defensive. My money and time is valuable as well. If I’m laying for a service, I want to know what I’m getting. When I asked his success rate, which I was ready to hire as he could come this afternoon, , he replied “ I’ve been doing this 36 years and I wish you luck” and hung up”. Wow.
