We couldn't be more pleased with Tipp City Pest Solutions. We had an ant problem and had another company come several times--yet still had ants. Tipp City Pest Solutions came and eliminated the problem AND rid our yard of yellow jackets! Our home continues to be pest free months after their original visit. We highly recommend this company! It's well worth the $100 every quarter to have them recheck that the ants are still gone.

This company is so incredible! I called at 4pm and Ken was here the next day. He confirmed our fears that we had termites and showed us where they were in several locations. When he returned to treat, he had the perimeter of our home drilled and treated within hours. He is extremely knowledgeable, very trustworthy and he keeps his word! Those qualities are quite rare these days! I have already recommended him to several people. We feel very blessed that we found him to help rid our home of those damaging termites! Thank you Ken for all of your help and for offering very reasonable prices! Termite treatment takes A LOT of work!! We appreciate you and your wife very much! God bless you!

We have used this business for over 2 years now, I think, and they are honest and quick. My sister referred this business because she had a big name exterminator (can’t remember which) assess her home and told them they had bedbugs within 5 minutes of being there and without giving proof. She got a second opinion from this company and Ken looked throughout the house, did not find proof of bedbugs but was able to give proof for other bugs in the house. I started using this company when we got German cockroaches from our neighbors. Luckily we have new neighbors and they took care of the roaches. They spray regularly now and if we have any issues in between sprays they come and take care of it within 1-2 business days for free. To summarize, this business is honest and quick. I can’t think of a bad word to say.

We had a huge yellow jacket nest in our wall by our chimney. We didn't know it until they started coming into our upstairs space. We called and they came right out. Ken was very professional and we immediately started seeing less bees outside and only a few inside. Eventually no more stingy things. He did a great job!

The staff on the phone were absolutely top notch. Spoke to me in a professional manner while being empathetic to my situation. Laura was an absolutely delightful person to work with. Our technician Ken was also outstanding. He ensured he listened to my concerns and addressed them very well. He left me feeling like I was well informed on best course of action. I am impressed with Ken, he was here for a short time, look at the 2 areas I am concerned, gave me an honest opinion of a professional, didn't try to push for more, didn't try to sell me anything, didn't charge me. Called this place to get a inspection done at 2 and they never showed and tried to change the time to four and Ken the guy on the phone pretty much made me feel like an idiot and he lied on top of lies. Do not do business with this company. We were told we couldn't talk to a supervisor or manager. This place is sketchy, do not trust them!
