Tom is very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk through the inspection results so that his clients are fully informed of the home's condition. I know whenever he does an inspection for one of my clients, they are in great hands!

I am an architect, and this is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to work with Tom for a potential property inspection. The first time, his report was exceptionally thorough and uncovered documentation and deficiencies that ultimately helped us avoid purchasing a home with major issues. I was unable to attend that inspection in person, yet the level of detail in the report made the findings very clear and actionable. For this second inspection, I was able to meet Tom on site after he completed the inspection of a 1940s home full of “character.” Tom carefully reviewed nearly every issue identified, and when questions arose while reviewing the report together, we were able to revisit and evaluate several additional items I had flagged myself. Tom is extremely thorough, and the report he provides is well worth the fee and then some. The comprehensive reports on both properties aided significantly in negotiations and eased concerns about potential issues. I will absolutely be using this company for all future pre-purchase inspections.

Thomas did an awesome job with our inspection. It was so thorough and detailed. He looked at absolutely everything, things I never thought about! I was unable to attend the inspection so Thomas called me and spent 35 minutes on the phone going over everything he found and making sure I understood it all. We are purchasing our first home which is very exciting but can also be stressful and nerve wracking and Tom and his inspection of our new home helped make part of the process easier and smooth.
