Extremely inconsistent and very poor experience. DO NOT book with Greenix. Sales department has no idea what they are talking about and will oversell all the services to scare you into signing multiple service contracts. Read the contract thoroughly as the sales department will not give you all the details. Techs are not briefed on the problem at all between visits and give all different approaches to the problem. Due to failure to address the problem and show up for service they breached the contract! We were done with them. Called to talk to customer service and was told he was to come tomorrow to do the service and only do part of the service today I received a text yesterday and said he was coming today to do the service service.
