Sales department has no idea what they are talking about and will oversell all the services to scare you into signing multiple service contracts. Read the contract thoroughly as the sales department will not give you all the details. Techs are not briefed on the problem at all between visits and give all different approaches to the problem. We live in a wooded area had a squirrel infestation along with mice. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Their business is well organized, professional, very responsive, friendly and they bend over backward to rid your home of pests. Tom and Jack assessed the house for entry points, provided an estimate and then did an abatement by sealing exterior gaps with silicone caulk and a squirrel-proof netting once the squirrels were out of the house. Thomas with AID is perhaps the nicest person to provide services at my house that my fiancé and I have ever encountered. Not only did he ask us with genuine interest about how the pest control services were working thus far, but he was incredibly kind and caring when completing the checks around the house. Owner came out to service within 24 hours for large amount of small brown "house ants" as I call them. Did a thorough assessment in side and outside. Educated me on the pest and causes of the problem. Provided thorough and complete treatment for the problem at hand, very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and EXPERIENCED! He serviced me 1-2 years ago for a yellow jacket nest in the cement block foundation and the jackets have never returned. Extremely reasonable cost! I highly recommend this com
Let me tell you how great my experience was today. Especially with, Dani. Had a very unexpected underground hive pop up as I was mowing. We have a lot of kids in our neighborhood running around so I knew this hive needed to go. I called at 9:56 am and explained my concern for the kids. They arrived and were done by 11:08 am. Dani was the tech and did an amazing job. She OBVIOUSLY loves her job and cares for her customers. Truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you all so much!

We had Sam out today for general pest control and to deal with Indian meal moths at our new home. He was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Also love how what they use is water based and safe for pets as well. Great company to work with and any time I called the office; everyone was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely plan on using them any time we come across an unwanted guest in our home.
