Thomas with AID is perhaps the nicest person to provide services at my house that my fiancé and I have ever encountered. Not only did he ask us with genuine interest about how the pest control services were working thus far, but he was incredibly kind and caring when completing the checks around the house. Owner came out to service within 24 hours for large amount of small brown "house ants" as I call them. Did a thorough assessment in side and outside. Educated me on the pest and causes of the problem. Provided thorough and complete treatment for the problem at hand, very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and EXPERIENCED! He serviced me 1-2 years ago for a yellow jacket nest in the cement block foundation and the jackets have never returned. Extremely reasonable cost! I highly recommend this com

We had Sam out today for general pest control and to deal with Indian meal moths at our new home. He was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Also love how what they use is water based and safe for pets as well. Great company to work with and any time I called the office; everyone was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely plan on using them any time we come across an unwanted guest in our home.
