OPCs acquired my local exterminator (Ace), and the services have gone downhill rapidly since that acquisition. I've had so many complaints since the acquisition - here are just a few! 1) Lack of Communication - OPC communicates well when it's time to pay invoices, but their communication is horrible when it comes to their services. I never know when the technician is coming and the technician changes from visit to visit - so it's impossible to communicate any concerns. They also don't leave

I can’t say enough good things about Huntsman. Ryan came out and did an inspection for me. He was kind, honest, and upfront about everything. Since then I’ve had Hannah come out to do my services and she is just as kind and caring for my house & family was than Ryan. She provided me wonderful service, explained everything happening around my house clearly, and went above and beyond by working around my babies napping schedule without getting frustrated. Ryan and Hannah have been great. I have had multiple houses where I have had to do pest and wild life remediation. Ryan’s inspection was amazing. This is the only home I have received video footage of the inspection in addition to written report, which made understanding and trusting the assessment much easier. They quickly built trust and confidence. Ryan had Hannah onsite with in a few days to start remediation. She has been thorough, explains what she is seeing, remediation work, etc.
