I recently woke up with what I thought was a bug, spider bite. Since I was afraid of what insects we could possibly have in our home-I reached out to Jess from The Bug Gurus who responded immediately and set up a home inspection the next morning. They came out, checked everything for me, and gave me great advice!! They took their time and put me at ease. They know what they are doing and are nonjudgmental! The Bug Guru's dont just do pests. They offer cleaning and haul-outs. I had a cleaning done. And I was super impressed by the thorough job they did from the bathroom to the baseboards. Thank you!

They are very professional and very kind they take care of practically everything I had mice ants and other little bugs around and they have taken care of all of it and when I say it's guaranteed im telling ya what it IS!! Don't bother calling anyone else. They do a great job with reasonable prices! Very pleased with their service of removing a huge hornet nest from a tree in our backyard.

They were fantastic! I called on a Friday afternoon to inquire if they would handle an underground bee nest. They scheduled our appointment for Sunday. They were able to come earlier in the day than scheduled, and called first to confirm with us. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained that sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the bees to be gone. They were gone in less than 24. Thanks to them I can once again enjoy my back yard without fear of being stung. If we ever have need of an exterminator in the future we will definitely call them again!

We had THE worst carpenter ant problem and we tried everything to get rid of them ourselves. They were on our counters, floors, cupboards, couches and would crawl on our food if we set a plate down too long. One followed me to work in my van. My daughter was taking their bodies into her bed and calling them "her friends." I finally couldn't take anymore!!! I looked up reviews on Google and I chose the Bug Gurus. I wish I would have called months sooner. When I say I did not see ONE ANT after he sprayed. I could cry I was so happy. He just came for a 2nd spray today a just in case spray. But literally have not seen one ant since he sprayed weeks ago. CALL BUG GURUS! Don't wait and live with the problem. The money is SO WORTH IT!

Jess and Jeff are very knowledgeable and do a great job eradicating any insect problem you may have. We were having issues with carpenter ants and bees. Since they have treated our house, we have not had an issue since with any bug! They are also very kind and friendly people! I highly recommend BUG GURUS!!!
