They were fantastic! I called on a Friday afternoon to inquire if they would handle an underground bee nest. They scheduled our appointment for Sunday. They were able to come earlier in the day than scheduled, and called first to confirm with us. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. We had THE worst carpenter ant problem and we tried everything to get rid of them ourselves. They were on our counters, floors, cupboards, couches and would crawl on our food if we set a plate down too long. One followed me to work in my van. They do rather well. They communicated good . Took care of my mite issue inside. Although it took a few sprays and my dogs tracked more in they were very thorough with their follow ups and now my homes liveable and I can get it clean without feeling like I'm being eaten. By small invisible bugs.
