They do rather well. They communicated good . Took care of my mite issue inside. Although it took a few sprays and my dogs tracked more in they were very thorough with their follow ups and now my homes liveable and I can get it clean without feeling like I'm being eaten. By small invisible bugs.

We used First Choice for years without any real service problems. Recently, when we had an issue with a critter in our walls, my wife called them to ask if they could help us deal with it. Evidently, we'd accidentally let our service lapse—in itself, not a big deal. We would happily have resumed it. But the woman that my wife spoke with on the phone was rude and dismissive to her, treating her as stupid for not already knowing about the service lapse and repeatedly telling her, "We don't do chipmunks." No attempt to help us get back on board with service, no effort to help us think through or solve the problem—just condescension and unhelpfulness. So, we're going with another company. It's a shame, because we were customers of First Choice for years—but we know there are other places where we can get the service we need without being treated poorly.

I had them come out to inspect and help with our issue and they were very friendly and thorough. He answered my million and one questions and when he left I felt confident that we have got the issue under control. I would definitely recommend them.

Louis came out and handled our yellow jacket infestation in the siding on the 2nd story of our house. I was skeptical at first but they did the job and got rid of the little s.o.bs. Thank you!

FirstChoice more like Last Choice. Only reason I used them is because it was free through my apartment rental. The people have no idea what they are doing apparently and the receptionist is rude.

The owner came out he was honest and super nice! He helped us get rid of cockroaches and within 2 days i already have seen a difference.. Im seeing alot of dead ones now. Price is super good also! Hes always willing to work with you!

8-8-19 Starting from initial inspection, the staff very knowledgeable!! All three visits the staff was early which is on time to me!!! So far bed bug free!!! Totally worth the time, the money, and the energy that is required to make sure on the home owners part that it is a successful treatment!!! From a nightmare to a goodnight sleep 1st choice pest management! This was before a full week has gone by 8-15-19 I had more bugs come back a week later!! They were quick to take my payment and come out and do the service. When it came to coming out and looking the the new round of bugs the staff at the office said that someone will be there between 3-4 that day to come take a look super happy to hear that!! 4:00 o’clock comes along I call and they had a “mix up”. Due to their lack in communication!! Wife and I are not impressed with the professionalism that the office displayed!!! The office staff even said they would call me back if something were to change guess what no call!!! After I called them I revived a call from the technician that was gonna come said he is 45 mins to and hour out!!! Not happy long story short be very very wary about this company!! Good technicians and great owner!!! Poor office staff and poor manors from office staff!!! I will not be allowing them back at the last inspections I moved on and bought my own stuff to do exactly what they did only I care so I won’t be watching youtube while steam cleaning and not watching where the steam cleaner is at!! I mean over all you will probably do better by trying to do this yourself, do my own has a website step by step instructions and step by step what to buy over all half the price double the time!! But I guess anything done right must do yourself based off my own experience with this company!!! Total let down!

They’re staff are thieves, they don’t require background checks on employees and I had jewelry stolen.
