I am not really sure what I am paying for at this point. I have diffusely spread patches of clovers / weeds. It is basically to the point that I want to change my lawn care to another service provider.

I’m sure the work is sufficient. However, we directly told the company we did NOT want any fertilizer in the back yard for our dogs or other creatures. I’m livid because as my dogs were running around the yard, I saw all of the pellets. I’m not a happy customer

They have great communication before they get your money. After that you are on your own. Worst service company that I have dealt with in years. (And this is from someone who ran a successful service company for almost 30 years) AVOID

Will be 4 weeks late in providing lawn aeration. It's an issue because it set my overseeding project back by 1 month (and run the risk of the overseed not taking). This was my first (and now last) experience with Lawn Squad.

Poor customer service. They do not respond to inquiries and I still have weeds and also divets in my yard from their machines. Since this company changed hands my lawn looks worse and they have no customer service. I paid in full this year for services and will be looking for a different company in the fall. Do not recommend!

It seems that Antonio did provided coverage in the area that has not received service during past applications. Thanks! However, We continue to have weeds on the lawn and wild grass that was present last year during your service. What can we do to treat these areas and eliminate these concerns?

I had an issue with one of my treatments. There was specific instructions in my file to not spray or treat certain areas of my yard but it was done anyway. I called to complain and someone named Pat was supposed to call me and never did. After this happened a second time, I called in AGAIN to cancel my service and nobody seemed to care or address my concerns. Do not expect any type of resolution if you have a problem and do not expect them to care if they lose your business. There are too many other companies out there who do a better job.

Tech left a false report of no weeds in yard. I sent in video proof. I couldn't believe the tech with grossly miss represent the truth , wow

We are sorry to hear about your experience with your technician. I took a look at the notes left behind by your technician, which stated, " Today I applied your second fertilizer application consisting of nitrogen fertilizer to help with color and growth. It also contains another pre-emergent to help prevent crabgrass and other grassy weeds. We also sprayed for weeds and surface insects." Please give the weed control about 7-10 days for it to really starts working and killing the weeds. If you have any questions or see no improvements, please contact the office.

We have been using weedpro for 6 years now. The owners of our home prior also used them. We started to see patches of spots that looked like army worm infestation and we called them to spray. Two days went by, by that point 75% of our backyard lawn had died. No one came to spray. When we called, the lady on the phone was annoyed and said "We can't guarantee anything, we are getting 100 calls a day." Well...what about loyal customers that are paying high dollar for your service, do we not get any priority? When we asked to cancel the treatment because we were going to someone else, instead of trying to be helpful she said "Should I go ahead and cane your account?" I would highly recommend people use local people because they provide good service and good communication. With weedpro, you are a number and you pay double what you can pay elsewhere for better service.
