I called with concerns about my yard for the upcoming season. I wanted to meet a technician before my services started. What happened was they put a rush order to service my yard sooner which happened but no one set up a time to talk before that 1st service. This is my first year with this company so I will see how it goes. Update: within and hour or so of posting this review I had a call back from a manager. I called him back and we talked. I signed up for the full year service and at the end of the year my yard has never looked worse. I called and left messages expressing my concerns, but they were never addressed. After several "treatments" I was unable to see that any product or seed was even actually dropped. Communication is terrible in that I'll receive messages that a service is schedule so that my dogs are kept inside, only to have no service completed without notification. Billing is also misleading and confusing. I w

Lawn Control Center had strict instructions to call me and get permission to come out! I wasn't using them this year because they burnt my grass kadt year and I had grub and weeds galore!! They decided on their own to come out and treat my lawn without my permission and then went i to my account and took the payment even though I called and disputed the charge!! I am pissed! I am demanding my money be returned to me! I will get back on here and you know what happens!!!!Pissed!!!
