I signed up for the full year service and at the end of the year my yard has never looked worse. I called and left messages expressing my concerns, but they were never addressed. After several "treatments" I was unable to see that any product or seed was even actually dropped. Communication is terrible in that I'll receive messages that a service is schedule so that my dogs are kept inside, only to have no service completed without notification. Billing is also misleading and confusing. I w

What happened was they put a rush order to service my yard sooner which happened but no one set up a time to talk before that 1st service.
